Southeastern’s current Governing members and HRVH members
Libraries, library systems, institutions with library or archival holdings, and individuals who want to take advantage of the programs and services of the Southeastern NY Library Resources Council can apply to become council members. Southeastern membership is open to all types of libraries, cultural heritage institutions, and individuals in the eight-county area served by the council. The Criteria for Membership, Benefits, and Fees document (.pdf) contains information on the three membership types, membership dues, and service fees, and an outline of member benefits.
All libraries in the governing membership category can participate in the suite of Southeastern’s services.
