Membership Criteria
Libraries, library systems and institutions that maintain library or archival collections and wish to benefit from the programs and services of the Southeastern NY Library Resources Council are invited to apply for membership. Membership is open to all types of libraries and cultural heritage organizations located within the Council’s eight-county service area.

Membership Options
Southeastern has two dues-paying membership categories, Governing and HRVH.
Governing Membership
Libraries in the governing membership category can participate in all of Southeastern’s services.

HRVH Membership
HRVH members can participate in all of Southeastern’s Hudson River Valley Heritage (HRVH) digitization services.

Affiliates
Individual public and school libraries that are members of a school or public library system are consider affiliates, and their libraries are eligible for certain Southeastern benefits under this category.
