Do you offer tech help at your library and struggle helping people with their smartphones because you’re not familiar with the technology?

Android vs iPhone: switching from one operating system to another can be frustrating for community members, library workers and even experienced Digital Navigators. In this workshop, Nate Stone of National Digital Inclusion Alliance will go over some basic functionality in both Android and iPhones to get you more comfortable using them both. All attendees will leave with trusted troubleshooting resources to turn to when a patron brings in a phone you haven’t seen before.
