Date: Thusday, June 11, 2020
Location: Online via Zoom
Conveners: Ellie Horowitz, Dominican College
During this time of social distancing, we are reformatting our Special Interest Group meetings to be open Zoom conference calls. The purpose of these meetings is to check in with each other, keep up our networks, and share ideas about how to work through this "new normal." Instead of having a formal agenda, they will be places for us to keep in touch with each other, in the spirit of camaraderie that has arisen from our regular in-person meetings. We hope you find them supportive.
The topic for this meeting will be about assessing what just happened during the scramble to do distance learning. We can talk about what plans we have for Fall 2020 classwork and what we can do to prepare over the summer. We can also take some time to talk about source evaluation and do follow-up with the from the Beyond CRAAP webinar last year. Other than that, the meeting is open to you to share ideas, network, and re-connect.
This event is free for all Southeastern members and affiliate members. (Members of members.)
