Library Website Usability and Design Class

On Wednesday, September 16, Carol Anne Germain visited SENYLRC to teach members about how to make their websites more user-friendly. The first half of the class was focused on how to create better website design, and the second half was on how to conduct usability testing once the design is complete. Participants critiqued websites, asked great questions about how to make their own sites better and worked in groups to do a real-life card sorting experiment.

If you were not able to make it to the class, Carol Anne has provided us with copies of her handouts and they are available for download below.
