What databases and resources are available?
Click on the appropriate library type from the list above to see a list of available vendors, databases, and resources.
Where do I find the costs for these databases?
The cost for each resource is available. WALDO prices are on a secure server and require a userid and password.
How do libraries subscribe?
For Southeastern subsidized resources and state contract databases (Britannica
and Gale), please fill out an order form and send it back to Southeastern.
All of the forms are in *.pdf. To view *.pdf files, you must have Adobe
Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.

WALDO subscribers may place new orders online via the WALDO website. Libraries
subscribing to WALDO resources for the first time may place orders directly
with WALDO. Please call Southeastern at 845.883.9065 for the details.
What formats are available?
All resources are web-based, unless otherwise noted. All vendors accept IP authentication
and will provide usernames and passwords when necessary.
How will libraries be invoiced?
SENYLRC will invoice libraries within 30 days after we receive an order. This
invoice will include a 1% administrative fee.
Is remote user access available?
Remote access is available, unless otherwise noted.
Is there a limit to the number of users?
Access is unlimited, unless otherwise noted.
Are usage reports provided?
Many vendors provide usage reports and statistics. Please call Southeastern if you have a question about the usage reports from specific vendors.
Who do I contact with questions?
The vendor is the primary contact for all technical questions and problems.
