Tessa Killian Selected to be Executive Director of Southeastern NY Library Resources Council

HIGHLAND, NY - The Board of Trustees of Southeastern NY Library Resources Council (SENLYRC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tessa Killian as the Executive Director. Tessa has been with SENYLRC since 2000, starting as a Member Services Librarian, and transitioning to Manager of Technology and Administrative Services in 2005 and then to Associate Director in 2011.

The Library Freedom Project

On April 17th, 2015 over thirty local librarians and students enthusiastically partook in an event highlighting the importance of computer privacy. Bard College graciously hosted the event, which featured presenters Kade Crockford, Mariko Hirose, and Alison Macrina.
