Each of the five depository libraries currently arranges most material received in Superintendent of Documents number order. Subject access to the collections is available through indexes.

All depositories have microfiche reader printers and copy machines available.

Patrons planning to use CD-ROM resources should bring their own formatted 3-1/2 inch high density floppy disk(s) to download data.
