Program and Workshop Fee Policy
Approved 9/26/02 by the Southeastern Board of Trustees
SENYLRC may charge different registration fees for staff from member and non-member
organizations as well as for out-of-region staff.
Members: Library staff from
Southeastern Member Organizations
Non-Members: Staff from libraries which are members of:
and the School Library Systems of
Out of region: Library staff from outside the
Effective September 26, 2002, Southeastern has instituted the following refund policy for Continuing Education Programs:
- Cancellations prior to the two days before a scheduled workshop are subject to a minimum $5.00 service charge. Cancellations made one to two days prior to a scheduled workshop are non-refundable.
- Southeastern will invoice for any registrations made but not paid for or canceled.
- If a Southeastern program or workshop is canceled due to a low level of participation, you will be notified accordingly and a full refund will be issued.
