		<description><![CDATA[On September 9, 2008, Congressman Maurice Hinchey announced that SENYLRC was awarded a grant of $39,600 to plan for the identification of and digitization of oral history sound recordings from the region. The main partners in this initiative are the Sound and Story Program and the Lower Hudson Conference.
