Do you ever need to know what web browser your our using or its version? Maybe you need to know your IP address or Operating System, but do not know how to find that information. The following site is a good simple resource that for most people should be able to give you those answers.

What browser am I using? Which Operating System (OS) am I using?

Marilyn Johnson, the author of “This Book Is OVERDUE! How Librarians and Cybrarians Can Save Us All,” is the keynote speaker for SENYLRC’s 43rd Annual Meeting on June 11.

On March 1st SENYLRC will upgrade the CONTENTdm software that runs the
Hudson River Valley Heritage Site (HRVH) to the next release which is
version 5.2. The upgrade comes with a piece of software called the
Project Client that is the replacement to the Acquisition Station
software installed on contributors computers used to upload items to the

While most people access the Hudson River Valley Heritage site though the web browsers, it is also possible to access the Hudson River Valley Heritage (HRVH) through OAI or Z39.50 if you know the correct settings.  You would use this information if you wanted to add HRVH to a repository or union catalog.
