SEquest which is the SENYLRC blog is a communication tool for SENYLRC to share with members news, events, and other information.  By the use of a blog it will allow SENYLRC to offer information in a variety of different formats such as web, email, or RSS feed.

In this post we will go over how to create an account on SEquest the SENYLRC blogging service.  Once an account is created you may log into SEquest and create email alerts for the different areas you would like to follow.  Please follow the steps as instructed below.

1. To sign up for email alerts you need to create an account which can be done by clicking on the link ‘Register for SEquest email notifications’ as shown.

2. Next you will fill out this shot form to create your account

3. Once you have filled out the form you will be directed to the login page where you can login with the account you just created.

4. From your profile windows, please click on the link ‘Your Subscriptions’  to setup your email subscriptions.step5

5. From this windows you will see a list of the different categories available on SEquest.  You can either select a few or all of the categories.  Once you have selected your categories click on the ‘update preferences’ button to save your selection.  step6

6. At this point you will start receiving notifications via email of new posts to SEquest for the categories you have created.  These email will provide you with an exempt  from the post and a direct link to the post so you may read the entire if post if you wish.
