been discussing options to address a rather large forecasted budget

Southeastern
continues to work with library organizations in New York State in order
to provide most affordable access to commercial databases for libraries
in the region. SENYLRC collaborates with other library organizations,
like WALDO, with other 3Rs councils and Nylink to aggregate and leverage
the statewide licensing of these databases that result in volume discounts

of outpatient physical therapy services at Helen Hayes Hospital caused
the library’s move to a new location where clinicians, researchers,
administrators, patients, and visitors find an attractive redesigned
