Check out this new on-line newsletter from Cornell University Libraries Technical Services Executive Group (TSEG). “Backstory,” a new Web-based newsletter will be highlighting the work being performed at technical services centers in CUL.

Those who work in technical services around campus are engaged in many projects, from developing new workflows and software tools that take maximum advantage of automation to assisting faculty in managing digital assets. Technical services staff members are frequent speakers, writers and presenters all around the world, and we are very active in professional associations, often in leadership roles. We believe the work we do is not only important, but stimulating, and we want the broader world to know more about it. With this new publication, we'll be highlighting innovative services, providing the stories behind some of the processes you may have read about, and focusing on technical services staff and their accomplishments.
