Upcoming Workshops via Teleconference
Southeastern is hosting teleconferences sponsored by the College of DuPage.
The teleconference format is an effective way to provide quality programming
at an affordable price. During the program, participants may submit questions
via phone, fax or email.
The programs will be held at the following locations:

SUNY New Paltz, Lecture Center, Rm 3A
Mount Saint Mary College Aquinas Hall, Trustees Room
Time: 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm

Reference Tools for the Information Age: Consumer Medical Resources

in print and online? This third teleconference in the Soaring to Excellence
Series covers changes in healthcare and how it has affected clients and their
needs, conducting reference interviews to help clients determine what they need,
and examples of helpful consumer health information resources.

Kraft, Head Medical Librarian at South Pointe Hospital; and Kelly Watson, Adult
