2005/2006 Continuous Assessment, Continuous Improvement Workshop Series
The NY3Rs are very pleased
to announce that, pending a final contract with New York State, there will be
a repeat of the very successful series of workshops on Continuous Assessment
and Continuous Improvement for libraries. In 2004, 120 people from over 50 libraries
participated in the series and information and results of the workshops can
be found at http://www.ny3rs.org/CIfront.html.
Taking a leaf from what we learned in 2004, we have modified the series for
2005-2006. It will be shortened to seven workshops and some of the content modified.
The workshop series will again be held in three locations in the state:
Genesee Community College, Batavia
June 20-21, 2005
September 13-14, 2005
December 6-7, 2005
January 13, 2006
Capital District Library Council, Albany
June 14-15, 2005
September 8-9, 2005
December 8-9, 2005

Heiskell Library, Manhattan
June 16-17, 2005
September 6-7, 2005
December 12-13, 2005

There will also be a reunion for everyone who participated in the first round
of Continuous Assessment, Continuous Improvement on the following days:
METRO Office: May 16, 2005
